Unique Infraspace Pvt Ltd has its base over at Hariom Sollitaire in the Manipur area. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but we like it here. It is a decent spot where we can focus on our projects without too much noise from the city center. We are just a group of people who know how to build things. We started out small and we still feel that way most of the time. There is always a lot to keep track of, from permits to piles of sand and bricks. We don't spend much on fancy furniture because we'd rather put that into the actual work. If you come by, you'll see a lot of folders and maybe some muddy boots by the door. That is just how it goes when you’re out in the field half the time. We try to keep things straightforward. If something is going to take six months, we say so. No point in making up stories. Manipur is changing fast and we are just happy to be one of the businesses working around here. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just grab a torch and keep going. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy. We aren't corporate types; we're just workers who happen to own a company. We just do our best with what we have. It’s enough to keep us coming in every morning.
