Our office for Riviera Developer. is tucked away at Cts No.3647/2, right behind Market Yard. If you know that area, you know it stays busy from very early in the morning with all the trucks and vendors. Sometimes the smell of fresh produce or spices drifts over to our windows depending on which way the wind is blowing. We chose this spot because it’s central and we can get to our different sites without too much trouble. Inside, it is mostly just a bunch of shelves filled with old files and some drafting tables that have seen better days. We don't spend much money on decorating because we are usually out on-site or at the yard anyway. It’s a bit of a maze to find us the first time, but once you know the turn behind the market, it’s easy. We have a small kettle in the corner for making coffee, and that thing runs almost all day long. Dealing with land and development means a lot of waiting for papers to get signed, so we spend a lot of time sitting around talking about the weather or the local news while we wait. It isn't a flashy life, but it’s our life. We just try to do honest work and keep the projects moving as best as we can. It gets dusty, and the floor is never really clean, but that is just part of the trade we chose.
