Manav Builders

Manav Builders operates out of Green Flora, which is right next to the Hajari Mata Temple and just behind Sanand Heights. It’s a nice little corner of the area. We do a lot of our work right here in the neighborhood. Our office is usually full of the sounds of the temple nearby, which is quite peaceful most of the time. We focus on building projects that fit into the local landscape. We aren't doing anything too flashy, just solid construction work that people can actually live in. The office is a simple setup with a few desks and a lot of binders full of project notes. We spend our mornings checking in with the crews and our afternoons dealing with the administrative side of building. There is always something that needs attention, whether it’s a delivery that didn't show up or a change in the plans. We don't get too stressed about it; we’ve seen it all before. Being behind Sanand Heights means we get to see the local growth firsthand. We like to think we are just one part of the community here. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the buildings we finish to show what we can do. It’s a straightforward business, and we plan to keep it that way for as long as we can. We just grab our helmets and get to the site when we're needed.
