We run Eklingji Projects Llp from our office at Radhe Girivar, which is situated near Radhe Nandan. It is a simple setup because we are more concerned with what is happening on our construction sites than how our office looks. We have been working in this area for a few years and have gotten to know the locals and the other businesses nearby. Our team is pretty small, consisting of folks who actually know how a building goes together. We don't have any interest in fancy titles or corporate structures. We just want to make sure the work is done right and the projects move along. Most mornings start with a lot of phone calls to check on labor and materials. The office is usually a bit messy with samples of stone or tile and stacks of invoices. We don't have a polished way of speaking or any promotional slogans. We just tell it like it is. If a project is delayed because of rain, we say so. We handle everything from the initial ground clearing to the final touches. It is a practical life, and we are fine with that. We chose this location because it is easy for our suppliers to find us and for us to get out to our various sites. We are just regular people who enjoy the process of building something from nothing and seeing it stand tall.
