Udani & Mukhi Associates is the name we go by. We are based out on the Sanand Bypass Highway. If you’re heading that way, we are located near the Reliance Petrol Pump and the I.t.i. building. It’s a good spot because we have plenty of room for our equipment and it’s easy for trucks to get in and out. Being near the highway means we see a lot of people passing through. We've been working in development for a good stretch of time now. It started as a small partnership between the two of us, and we just kept at it. There’s always something to do, whether it’s checking on a site or dealing with paperwork that never seems to end. We don't try to make things sound more complicated than they are. Building stuff takes time and effort, and we just put in the hours. The area around the petrol pump has changed a lot lately with new businesses popping up. We’ve seen the bypass get a lot busier over the last couple of years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current task. If someone needs to find us, they usually just look for the I.t.i. landmark. We’re usually around most mornings before things get too hot. It's not a fancy setup, but it works for the kind of work we do.
