We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now, and most of the locals know where we are. We don’t go in for anything too flashy; the building is just a standard setup for a business like ours. We handle a variety of items, basically whatever our customers in Sambalpur are looking for at the moment. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes and keeping track of what’s going out.
