Acc Limited

Acc Limited is based out of a small place in Ghanaghosa, which is near Bhojpur in the Sambalpur district of Orissa. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to the big cities like Bhubaneswar. We’re located at the home of Aswini Nayak’s son, which makes it feel a lot more personal. It’s a very local setup, nothing like those big corporate offices you see in the news. Life moves a bit slower here in this part of Orissa, and honestly, we like it that way. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of staff wearing suits and ties. It’s just us working with what we’ve got and making sure we do things right. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power cuts out, but we always manage to get the work done regardless. People in the village all know us, and we know them, which makes working here feel a lot more comfortable. It’s a simple life and we run a simple business. We didn't see the need to move to a big city when we could just run everything from home. It keeps our costs down and lets us stay close to our families. There’s no marketing team or fancy slogans here, just regular people trying to make an honest living. It’s hard work but it’s in a place we care about.
