Shree Satguru Fly Ash Bricks

Out here in Village Paruabhadi, things move a bit slower than in the big cities. We have our business, Shree Satguru Fly Ash Bricks, right here in the Kuchinda Taluka area. It is a rural spot, and we like it that way. We make fly ash bricks because that is what most people are asking for these days when they build houses or walls around their property. It is a lot of manual labor, even with the machines we have. We spend our mornings getting the raw materials ready and then the rest of the day is just pressing and stacking. The yard gets pretty full of grey blocks when we are having a good week. Sometimes we run out of space and have to stop for a bit to let the trucks clear things out. It is not a fancy operation by any means. We have a small shed for when it rains and that is about it. The people who work here are all from the local area. We know each other’s families and we talk about local news while we work. We do not have a website or anyone to do sales. If someone wants bricks, they just show up at the gate and ask. We tell them what we have and what the price is. It is straightforward and there are not any hidden tricks. We just try to do a decent job so we can keep going. That is the reality of our day-to-day life here in Paruabhadi.
