Chashi Bandhu Agriculture Producer Company Limited is located at Plot No-308 in Karuamunda. We are in the Sargul area. Our office is just a simple place where we manage our agriculture business. We don't have any of those fancy corporate offices with glass walls. It's just a regular building in a local neighborhood. We spend our time working with farmers and making sure the business side of things is taken care of. Karuamunda is a small place and we know most of the people around here. It’s a good community and we feel like we fit in well. We don't use any big words or marketing slogans. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Most of the time, the office is a bit cluttered with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. We have a small staff and we all pitch in to do whatever needs doing. Sometimes we are out in the fields and sometimes we are stuck at our desks. Sargul is a nice enough area to be based in. We chose this plot because it was available and it was in a good spot for the local farmers to reach us. We’ve been here for a bit now and we have no reason to change anything. It’s a modest setup but it works for what we do. We just keep going one day at a time and handle whatever comes our way. The morning tea helps us start our day on the right note.
