Windsor Bar

This bar is part of Hotel Windsor Castle, located at No 14 on Rajaji Road. We are right in the Hastampatti area of Salem, zip code 636007. If you look across the street, you will see Sundaram Hospital. It is a landmark most people in the neighborhood know really well. The road gets pretty busy during the day with cars and scooters constantly zooming past. In the evenings, things settle down a bit, but there is still plenty of noise from the junction. We have been operating here for a while, tucked inside the hotel building. It is a simple setup with tables and chairs where people can sit for a bit. The heat in Salem can be quite something, so being inside helps get away from the sun. We see a lot of local folks from around Hastampatti and some travelers staying at the hotel. The staff here has been around for years, so we mostly know what everyone wants before they even ask. It is not a very large place, but it serves its purpose for the people around Rajaji Road. We don't do much in the way of fancy decorations or anything like that. It is just a regular spot where you can hear the hum of the city outside while you sit and relax. It gets the job done for the locals.
