Ae Computer

We have been here at K Block in Anna Nagar for a while now. It’s right near the old bus stand, so things get pretty busy outside most days with people coming and going. The shop is at number 147 and it is a small place, but we keep it organized enough to get the actual work done. Ae Computer started because we just liked messing around with motherboards and fixing broken screens for friends. Most mornings I open up the shutters, sweep the front, and check what machines came in the night before. Sometimes the traffic by the bus stand makes it hard to hear ourselves think, but you get used to the noise after a few weeks. We see a lot of students and office folks coming in with laptops that won't turn on or just need a good cleaning inside. It gets very dusty around this part of town, so that happens a lot more than you would think. I usually sit at the back bench where the light is a bit better for soldering small parts. My cousin helps out when he can, especially on the weekends. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the name on the door and some old parts in the window. If you walk past the old stand, you'll probably see me sitting there with a screwdriver in hand. It’s not a big corporate office, just a shop where we try to fix things right.
