Being on the first floor gives us a good view of the traffic below, which is always moving at Five Roads. It’s one of the busiest parts of Salem, so there’s never a dull moment. We have a room full of computers where people come to learn different programs and skills. The setup is pretty basic: just rows of monitors and keyboards on long tables. It can get a bit warm with all the machines running, so we keep the fans going full blast. We’ve been in the Annamalai Complex for quite a while now. People usually find us by looking for the signs near the stairs. It’s a simple operation. We don't have a receptionist or anything; one of us just gets up from our desk when someone walks in. We spend the day helping people navigate the software and troubleshooting any hardware issues that pop up. There was some confusion with the company name in some old records, but we are definitely TCPS. We just focus on the computers and making sure everyone gets their time on the machines. It’s a practical, no-nonsense place to spend your day. Usually, we are here from morning until late evening, just keeping the equipment running and helping whoever stops by. It’s busy, but it is what we do.
