Suresh Fabricators & Contractors

You’ll find us over at 109, Mottur, right near the Gonur Post in the Mettur Dam area. Being so close to the dam means we see a lot of activity and people passing through. Suresh Fabricators & Contractors has been operating out of this spot for quite a while now. We do fabrication and contracting work, mostly working with steel and iron. It’s loud and there are sparks flying everywhere when the welding starts in the morning. The yard is usually full of raw materials and finished frames waiting to be picked up by the trucks. We don't have a polished office with a receptionist. Our desks are old and the files are a bit disorganized, but we know exactly what’s happening with every project we take on. The weather here can be tough, especially when it rains, but we keep the work going under the sheds. Our workers are local men who know their trade well. We don't have a human resources department or a corporate handbook. We just talk to each other and get the job done. If a customer comes by, they usually find Suresh or one of the seniors sitting near the entrance. We offer them a plastic chair and talk about what they need built. It’s a simple, honest way to run things. We stay busy with local contracts and the occasional bigger job. It’s just a regular day at the shop for us.
