Palaniappa Brothers

Our place, Palaniappa Brothers, is located over at No. 44 on Devangapuram New Street in Shevapet. It’s a busy little corner of the world. We’ve been operating out of this building for a long time now. Shevapet is the kind of neighborhood where everyone seems to be doing some kind of business, so it’s always active. We mostly handle the day-to-day running of the shop, dealing with whatever customers need when they walk through the door. It’s a family-run sort of feel here, even if we’re just focusing on the work at hand. The street outside can get pretty cramped with vehicles and people moving goods, but we’ve gotten used to the noise and the pace. Inside, it’s mostly just us keeping track of the stock and making sure things are where they should be. We don’t really spend much time on decorations or looking professional in that corporate way. It’s more about the actual trade and keeping the shelves filled. Sometimes we’re busy from early morning until late evening. There’s always paperwork to catch up on or a delivery to check in. It’s just honest work. People from around the Shevapet area know us well enough by now. We just try to be helpful and keep things moving along without making a big fuss about it. Every day is a bit different, but the work stays the same, and we like it that way.
