Jaisakthi Engineering Company

Jaisakthi Engineering Company is right on the Omalur Main Road in Mamangam, at number 153. If you’ve driven past, you’ve probably seen our sign. It’s a busy road, so there’s always a lot of dust and noise coming in from the street, but we’re used to it. We do a lot of engineering work here, mostly stuff involving metal and repairs. It’s heavy work, and the shop is usually filled with the sound of welding and cutting. We started out with just a couple of machines and a lot of ambition, and while we've grown a bit, the core of the place is still the same. The floor is stained with oil and there’s metal scrap in the bins, which is exactly how an engineering shop should look. We don't have a big fancy office for meetings. Usually, we just talk to people right there on the shop floor where the work is happening. It’s more direct that way. The guys working here are good at what they do, and they don’t need a manager hovering over them all day. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything we send out is solid. It's not always easy, especially when parts are hard to find, but we make do with what we have and keep things moving along.
