Growcane Jaggery Private Limited

Our little operation, Growcane Jaggery Private Limited, is out in Mamarathupalayam. We are located at No.112, on the 2nd Street of Sengunthar Nagar. It’s near the Periyasemur Post office if you're looking for us. We work with cane, obviously. It’s a bit of a dusty job, and the smell of boiling juice is always in the air around here. We aren't some high-tech facility. It’s more traditional than that. We take the sugarcane and turn it into jaggery the way it’s been done for a long time, though we do use some modern machines to help us out. The weather around here really dictates our day. If it’s raining, everything changes. Our team is mostly local people from the surrounding area. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. We just rely on the fact that people know our jaggery is honest. We don't add stuff that shouldn't be there. It’s hard work, standing over the heat and moving heavy loads, but it’s what we do. We usually start early in the morning when it’s still a bit cool. By the afternoon, it’s pretty intense. We are just a local business trying to keep a traditional product going. There’s no hidden agenda, just good jaggery from a small street in Periyasemur. We hope the quality speaks for itself when you taste it.
