Ab Signages

If you go down Meiyalur Road, you will see Siva Tower, and that is where we are. Ab Signages is on the ground floor. It’s a convenient spot because it’s easy to load and unload our supplies. We have a lot of large sheets of acrylic and metal leaning against the walls. The office part is just a couple of desks pushed together. We don’t have any fancy leather chairs or glass tables. Everything is built for use. We spend our days designing signs on the computer and then going out to install them. It gets a bit hectic when we have a lot of orders at once. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of a certain color of vinyl, and we have to scramble to get more. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. We all just pitch in and do what needs to be done. If the floor needs sweeping, the person who isn't busy picks up the broom. We enjoy the work because every sign is a little different. It’s nice to see something we made hanging up in the city. We aren't trying to be famous or anything. We just want to do a decent job so we can pay the bills and come back again tomorrow. Our tea breaks are the best part of the afternoon when we just sit and talk about nothing in particular. It’s a good life.
