Green Field School

Our school is located in Manas Nagar West, right on the Polytechnic Road in Saharsa. We’re in the Hatiya Gachhi area, which is a pretty central part of town near the 852201 pin code. It’s a standard school setup where we have classes for the local kids. The road outside can get quite busy with all the traffic heading towards the polytechnic, so we have to be careful during the morning and afternoon rushes. The school itself is a simple building. We have the usual classrooms with wooden desks and benches that have been around for a while. It’s a bit noisy when the kids are all here, but that’s expected in any school environment. We try to keep things running on time, though sometimes things like local festivals or heavy rain can throw the schedule off a bit. Saharsa gets quite hot in the summer, so we do our best with the fans and keeping the rooms aired out. Most of the parents here are working people from the neighborhood who just want their kids to get through their lessons and pass their exams. We don’t have fancy sports fields or anything like that, just a small space for them to play during the break. It’s an honest, local school where we do our job and the kids do theirs. Most of the teachers live just a few streets away in Saharsa, so it really is a community effort.
