Uttunga Ventures Private Limited

We are located in Himayatnagar, specifically in the Sagar View Complex. We take up two units, Flat No 213 and 214, which gives us just enough room to keep everything organized. Uttunga Ventures Private Limited is run by a small group of us who have been in this industry for a bit. The Liberty area is usually quite busy, so being inside the complex offers a bit of a shield from the street noise. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some filing cabinets, a few sturdy tables, and chairs that have seen better days but are still comfortable enough. We don't spend money on expensive artwork or glass partitions. We just need space to sit and think and handle our daily business tasks. Having two flats next to each other works out well because we can separate the louder meetings from the quiet desk work. We mostly communicate through quick chats across the room rather than long email chains. Lunch is usually a communal thing where we sit around and talk about whatever is in the news. It’s a very laid-back atmosphere, but we still manage to get a lot done. Himayatnagar is a good place to be based because everything we need is just a short walk away. We’ve grown fond of this little corner of the building and the routine we have established here over the months.
