M M Chaudhari Arts College is located out by National Highway No 8 in the Sabarkantha district. We are right at the Rajendranagar Cross Road in Bhiloda. Being so close to the highway means there is a lot of activity and noise from the trucks passing through. It can be a long journey for some of our students who come from the more remote parts of the region, but everyone knows the location well. We primarily offer arts courses here. The campus consists of a few buildings with lecture halls and some space for students to congregate between their classes. It’s an older facility, and because we are near the road, everything tends to get a bit dusty quite quickly. Our staff members are mostly from the local area and have been with us for many years. We are not trying to be a fancy university; we are just a local college providing a place for people to earn their degrees. The office is usually swamped with paperwork, especially during the admission season. Most of the students are young adults from the villages nearby who are looking to further their education. We don’t have any fancy cafeterias or student lounges. People usually just grab a snack from the small shops nearby or bring a tiffin from home. It’s a very functional, no-frills place. We just focus on completing the syllabus each year and keeping the building in decent shape.
