Northern India Steel Fabricators & Allied Industries

We are tucked away in Phase-1 of the Industrial Estate in S.A.S. Nagar, which most people just call Mohali. Our place is C-5, and you can’t miss it because of the sound of metal hitting metal. Northern India Steel Fabricators is basically a big workshop where we deal with all kinds of steel stuff. It’s hot in the summer and freezing in the winter, but that’s just how it is in a fabrication shop. We have a lot of heavy machinery and the floor is usually covered in scrap metal bits. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us wearing our work gear, covered in a bit of soot or grease. We take on jobs for other businesses mostly, making parts or frames that they need. It’s not the kind of place where you’d come to browse; you come here when you have a specific job that needs doing. Ropar district can get pretty busy, and being in the industrial estate means we’re surrounded by other people doing similar hard work. We just try to get the dimensions right and make sure the welds are solid. There’s no magic to it, just a lot of sweat and keeping an eye on the clock to make sure we meet the deadlines for the next shipment. It's a loud and dirty job but it pays the bills.
