We have been at C-85 Industrial Area Phase-7 for quite a while now. It’s a busy spot, and most days we are just focused on getting the work done. Mangla Sons Pvt. Ltd. isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. It's just a regular workspace where we handle our daily operations. Some of us have been working here since the beginning. You’ll mostly find us busy with machines or paperwork depending on the hour. The industrial area gets a bit crowded during shift changes, but that’s just how it is around here. We don’t really do big speeches or put posters on the walls. If you stop by, you’ll see people in their work gear just doing what needs to be done. It’s loud sometimes, and there’s always something to move or fix. We try to keep things organized, but in a real working environment, things get a bit messy occasionally. That’s just part of the job. We know the neighbors around Phase-7 well enough. It feels like a small community even though it’s an industrial zone. We just show up, do the shifts, and go home. There isn't much else to it. We've seen the area change over the years, with more buildings coming up and more traffic on the main road. Still, we are right here at our usual spot. We keep the gates open during the day and just keep at it.
