We are based in Basanti Colony in Rourkela, over in the Sundergarh district of Orissa. Our address is Quarter Number DE-153. Rourkela is a steel city, so everything here has that hardworking, industrial feel to it. Our office is actually in a residential quarter, which makes it feel much less like a corporate environment and more like a home. We have a few rooms set up with desks and files. Most of our work involves managing resources and helping people find their way into different jobs or projects. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking details. We’ve been in this colony for quite a while, so we know the people around here. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, except when the school nearby lets out. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just the basics that we need to get the job done. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy to worry about that right now.
