Splint Software is located in Mig Ii-249, which is part of Phase-3 in Chend Kalinga Vihar. It is a residential area, so it feels a lot more like a home than a big corporate office building. We have our computers set up in the main rooms, and there are wires running along the walls in a few places. It is not the most high-tech looking setup, but it works for what we need to do. Most of our day is spent typing and looking at code on the screens. We take breaks in the small kitchen area to make tea and talk about things that aren't related to work. The neighborhood is usually pretty quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on a difficult problem. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to wait a bit, which is just part of the deal. We have been in Kalinga Vihar for some time now and like the feel of the place. There are trees outside the windows, and you can hear the birds in the afternoon. We are just a small group of people working together on software projects. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If someone comes to the door, one of us just gets up to answer it. It is a simple way of doing things, and it suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and get the programming finished.
