Sibella Technology Pvt Ltd is situated in Rourkela, specifically in Basanty Colony. We are at quarter number D/L-110, and Bholanath Sahoo and Aurobinda Sahoo are the ones you will usually find here. Rourkela is a steel city, so things have a certain industrial feel around here. Our office is tucked away in the residential colony area, which makes it a bit quieter than being right on the main commercial road. We have been working on various technology projects for some time now. It is not a massive operation with hundreds of employees. It is more of a small, focused group of people who know each other well. The office is simple and we use what we have to get the work done. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow in this part of Orissa, but we manage to get through the day. Most of the time we are just sitting at our desks writing code or talking about project requirements. It isn't a glamorous life, just steady work in the Sundargarh district. We like being in this part of town because it feels like a real community. People in the colony know us and we know them. We do not put up big signs or do a lot of talking about ourselves. We just stay inside, drink our tea, and finish the tasks we have for the day. It has been a good journey so far and we keep at it because it is what we know.
