Gyan Bharti Public School

Being located right on Old G.T Road means we deal with a lot of dust and the constant sound of trucks passing by. Sasaram is a busy place, and Rohtas gets quite dusty in the dry season. Gyan Bharti Public School is right in the middle of all that action. We have a gate that tries to keep the noise out, but you can always hear the horns. The school isn't new, and you can tell by the way the walls look in some of the older classrooms. We do our best to keep things clean and tidy for the kids when they arrive in the morning. Most of them come from the nearby houses, walking or riding bikes through the traffic. It’s a straightforward kind of school. We don’t have a lot of extra stuff that isn’t needed. There are benches, blackboards, and a lot of books. The playground isn't huge, but it's where the kids spend their energy during the lunch break. We see the same parents every day at the gate, usually complaining about the traffic or the weather. It’s a community thing. We aren't trying to be the most modern school in the state; we just want to provide a place where kids can come and learn their basics without too much fuss. It’s been our life for a long time now. We just open up the doors and get to work regardless of the heat outside.
