We are located over at 1297 in Mie-B, taking up the first and second floors. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs every morning, but we are used to it by now. The office is usually full of people typing away or looking at screens. It is not like those big corporate offices you see in movies; it is more of a practical space where everyone knows each other's names. We have got some old desks and some new ones, and the coffee machine is always the busiest spot in the building. Being in the Mie-B area means we are surrounded by other businesses doing their own thing, which makes the neighborhood feel alive. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with delivery trucks, but that is just part of being here. We focus on the technology side of things at Upg Technologies (India) Pvt.Ltd., though we don't really boast about it much. We just show up, do the work, and head home. The light on the second floor is actually quite nice in the afternoons, which makes the long hours feel a bit shorter. We have had some staff members here for years, and we have seen the area change quite a bit since we first moved into this building. It is a decent place to work, and we try to keep things simple and honest. No one wears a suit here unless they really have to, and we prefer it that way.
