Impact Technologies is based in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. If you know this area, you know it’s filled with a mix of factories and new businesses popping up everywhere. Our setup here is pretty straightforward. We have a workspace that we’ve put together over time with the equipment we need to do our tech work. It’s not a polished tech hub like you see in the movies; it’s a practical space where we solve problems and work on projects. The dusty roads of Bahadurgarh are right outside, and we often see trucks and workers passing by throughout the day. Inside, we have our computers and some hardware parts scattered around on the workbenches. We aren't big on decorations or fancy office culture. We just show up, do the coding or the repairs, and head home. The power can be a bit tricky sometimes in this part of Haryana, so we have our backups ready to go. It gets really hot during the summer months, and the air conditioner struggles to keep up with the heat coming off the machines. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow. Most of us live nearby or commute from the edge of Delhi. It’s a hardworking environment where we focus more on the quality of the technical work than on how the office looks to outsiders. We just get the job done and try to keep our clients happy with the results we deliver.
