Techno India Pvt. Ltd. is found at Idc Chowk in Rohtak. We are quite easy to spot because we are right near the Hanuman Temple. It’s a good landmark for people coming from out of town. The building we’re in is a bit older, but it serves our purposes just fine. We do a lot of technical assembly work here. It’s mostly small parts and components that require a lot of focus. The workers sit at long benches with various tools and soldering irons. We have a small staff, and we all know each other well. In the mornings, you can hear the prayers from the temple while we’re setting up for the day. It’s a nice way to start work. The office area is just a couple of desks near the front door where we handle the billing and the phone calls. Rohtak can get very dusty, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the equipment. We don't have a corporate structure with lots of managers. I’m usually on the floor with everyone else, making sure things are moving along. Sometimes we have lunch together outside when the weather is nice. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work properly and keep the business going. If a machine breaks down, we all chip in to fix it. It’s a very practical, hands-on kind of place for all of us.
