You can find us at Shop No 4 on the Rohtak Bhiwani Road in Kalanaur. We are right near the Medical Modh, which is how most people find their way to us. The shop isn't very large, just enough space for the counter and a few chairs for people who come in needing help with various services. Skn Helpline is a practical place. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations. It's mostly just us and the computer, trying to solve whatever issue someone brings through the door. The road outside is always busy with trucks and buses headed toward Bhiwani, so there’s a lot of dust that comes in if we leave the door open. We spend most of our day sitting here, answering questions and filling out forms. It’s the kind of work that requires a bit of patience because things don't always work the first time. Sometimes the printer jams or the connection is spotty, but that’s just how it goes in a small town shop. We know most of the people who walk by, and sometimes they just wave through the window while they are going to the market. It’s a simple life here at Medical Modh. We open up early, do what needs to be done, and close up when the sun starts to go down. It’s just a regular service shop for the local folks in Kalanaur.
