Ladder Infotech Private Limited is based in Rohtak, right in Janta Colony. The office is actually House No-265 in Ward No-34. It’s located in a part of the city that feels very lived-in and local. Since we are in a house, it doesn't feel like those cold, glass offices you see in the bigger cities. We have turned the space into a functional workspace with all our technical equipment. There’s a lot of coming and going in Janta Colony, so there is always something happening outside the window. Our days are pretty routine. We arrive, turn on the machines, and start working through our lists. The rooms are a bit cramped because of all the hardware, but we make it work. We aren't the type to have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If the bell rings, one of us just gets up to see who it is. Rohtak is a good place for us because everything is close by. We know the shopkeepers on the corner and where to get the best snacks in the afternoon. It is an honest way to run a business. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just sit down and handle the tech stuff that needs doing. It’s a bit messy sometimes with cables everywhere, but that is just how we work. We are glad to be part of Ward 34 and keep things running smoothly.
