John Wesley Public School

We are situated about 35Km away from the main hub, out here in Meham. John Wesley Public School is a familiar sight for the people living in this part of Rohtak. The 124112 area is where we operate, and it is a bit of a trek for some, but we are right here for the local community. The school day usually starts early when the buses pull in. We have a modest set of buildings and some open space for the students to play. It isn't a high-tech facility, just a regular school with classrooms that have seen a lot of use over the years. The teachers are mostly local folks who understand the way of life here in Meham. We spend a lot of time on basic stuff, like making sure the kids have their uniforms right and that the registers are filled out. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or we need to repaint a wall, but we just handle it as it comes. It is a practical place. We don't spend much time on grand speeches; we just get to the teaching part. The kids come from the nearby villages and they bring a lot of energy to the place. By the time the afternoon rolls around, everyone is ready to head back home. We are just a group of people running a school in a quiet corner of Rohtak, trying to keep things organized and making sure the day goes by without too much trouble.
