We operate out of House No. 814 in Sector-19, Faridabad. It is a regular residential house that we have converted into a workspace for the team. It feels a lot more comfortable and relaxed than a cold, grey office building in the city. We have the kitchen right nearby for snacks, and the living room area is where we usually sit and have our discussions about projects. Sector-19 is a decent and quiet area in Faridabad. We have been here for a while now, and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going. We do software work, mostly. It is a small team, just a few of us sitting around with our laptops. We do not have a big boss watching over us or any strict dress codes to follow. Most days we just wear whatever is comfortable and start working on our tasks. Sometimes we even work from the balcony if the weather is nice outside. It is a very simple way to run a business. We do not have a marketing team or a fancy website to show off. Most people find us through word of mouth. We like the slower pace here compared to places like Delhi. We just get our tasks done, have some tea, and maybe watch the news during our breaks. It is a practical setup that works for us.
