Ecoline Auto Systems Pvt. Ltd. is located at No. 966 in Mie Part A. We are right across from the Relaxo Shoe Company, which is usually how people find us if they get lost. Being in an industrial area means there is always a lot of noise and trucks moving around. We work on auto systems, so our hands are often dirty and there’s always a smell of metal and oil in the air. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The building is a standard industrial shed, nothing too fancy. We have our tools and our machines, and that’s about it. Most of the crew has been here for years, so we all know how the day goes. We start early before the sun gets too high. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting parts and checking assemblies. We don’t have much time for sitting around. When the lunch bell goes off, we usually just sit where we can and eat. It’s a practical environment. We don’t go in for big marketing or slogans. If a part needs fixing or making, we just do it. The neighborhood is mostly other factories and workshops, so we fit right in. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to get deliveries in, but we manage. It’s just how things are in this part of the industrial estate.
