We are based at Plot No. 36 in Sector-4B of the HSIIDC Industrial Estate. Our main work revolves around automotive lighting, so the factory is full of plastic molds, glass, and a lot of electronic components. The HSIIDC area is a bit out of the way, but it's a good place for manufacturing. The building is a standard industrial design with high ceilings and plenty of space for the machines. We spend our days making sure the lights are put together right. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work, so the production floor is usually quite focused. We don’t have any fancy reception area; you just walk in and you’re pretty much in the thick of things. There’s a constant hum from the cooling fans and the assembly equipment. Sometimes we have to work late to finish a batch, and the estate gets very quiet at night. Our team is a mix of people from the nearby towns. We eat our lunch together in a small break area and talk about the news or our families. It’s a very practical way to live. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just make lights for cars and try to do it without any fuss. The office work is mostly just keeping track of the shipments and the raw materials coming in. It’s a simple, hardworking life out here in the estate and we like it that way.
