Brawers Coffee Bar Restaurant

Brawers Coffee Bar Restaurant is located out on the Sheela Bypass in Rohtak. We are quite close to the place that sells the famous Gulab Rewari. Being on the bypass means we see a lot of travelers who are driving through or heading towards the city. We have a simple setup for coffee and food. It’s a good spot to stop if you need a break from the road. The building is a basic structure and we have some tables inside for people to sit and rest for a bit. It’s not like those big chain coffee shops you see in the malls. We just have our machines and a small kitchen area. The dust from the highway sometimes settles near the entrance, so we are always sweeping it out. Rohtak weather can be quite harsh, so the indoor seating is usually a relief for people. We open up early and stay open for the late-night drivers too. The menu is written out simply and we serve what we have ready for the day. It’s a practical roadside stop. The staff is just a few local people who manage the counter and the cooking. We don't have fancy uniforms or anything. It is just a plain coffee bar where you can get a cup and something to eat before you continue your journey down the bypass.
