If you’re waiting at the bus stop in Nacharam on the ECMRD road, you’re basically standing right in front of us. We are at Plot No. 156/A. Shiva Sai Steel Syndicate is where we handle all sorts of metal and steel orders. It’s a noisy business, as you can imagine. There’s usually the sound of metal clanging or a truck idling out front. We don’t have a big polished front office. Mostly it’s just the yard and the storage space where the steel stays until someone needs it. We get a lot of dust from the road and the work, so things aren't always sparkling clean. That’s just the nature of dealing with steel. We’ve been in Nacharam for a while and most of the local builders know where to find us. We don’t use any fancy language to describe what we do. We buy steel, we store it, and we sell it to people who need it for their projects. Sometimes we’re short-staffed and everyone has to help with the loading. It’s hard work, especially when the sun is hitting the metal in the afternoon. We don’t have a website with lots of pictures. We just have our ledger and our scales.
