Maheswari Fasteners & Bright Private Limited

We are located over at IDA Medchal, on Plots 152 and 154. It is a big industrial area, so it is always noisy with trucks and loud machines. Our place is basically two plots joined together where we handle all the fasteners and bright bars. It’s a lot of heavy steel, and the warehouse gets quite hot in the summer months. We spend a lot of time organizing the stock because with fasteners, you have thousands of tiny pieces that all look the same if you aren't careful with the labels. The floors are concrete and usually covered in a bit of oil or metal shavings from the bins. We have a small office section, but most of the action happens out on the floor where the loading and unloading goes on. Medchal is a bit of a drive from the main city, so we have a routine here that starts early to beat the heat. We don't have any fancy displays or marketing materials scattered around. It’s just rows of racks and heavy boxes. Usually, we are busy talking to suppliers or checking the weight of the outgoing shipments on the scale. It is hard work, and the days can be long, especially when a big order comes in and we have to sort everything by hand. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. It’s a straightforward operation without any unnecessary layers or complicated corporate talk involved.
