Balaji Metal Craft

Our shop is at 38-14/1 in Rohini Colony, which is quite close to the Vayapuri bus stop in Sainikpuri. It’s a workshop, so you’ll hear the sound of metal clanging and machines running pretty much all day long. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s mostly just raw materials, tools, and the projects we’re currently working on. There’s usually a bit of iron dust on everything, and we all wear old clothes because they’re going to get dirty anyway. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the neighbors are used to the noise we make. People from the colony often stop by to see what we’re building or to ask for a small repair on a gate or a grill. We do a bit of everything when it comes to metal. Some days are spent welding, others are spent cutting or bending pieces to shape. We don't have a big team, just a few guys who know how to handle the tools. We don’t use any scripts or formal greetings when someone walks in. We just stop what we’re doing, wipe our hands on a rag, and see what they need. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. The bus stop nearby makes it easy for people to find us, even if they aren't from this exact neighborhood or part of the city.
