Whitegrains Farms Private Limited

Whitegrains Farms is based in the Mohan Marketing Complex in Argora, Ranchi. It’s a busy spot in the city. Our office is on the second floor, specifically Flat No.-205/E. Sometimes the lift works, and sometimes it doesn’t, so we often take the stairs. It’s just how things are in this building. We spend most of our time thinking about crops and how to get things moving. It isn't a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular room with some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of paperwork. Outside, you can hear the traffic from the main road all day long. We’ve been here for a while now. Ranchi has changed a lot, but this corner of Argora still feels very familiar to us. We have a few people helping us out with the farm details and the logistics. It gets pretty hot in the office during the afternoons, especially in the peak summer months. We drink a lot of tea while we look at the spreadsheets and make phone calls. Most of our work is about the grains and making sure the people we talk to are getting what they need. It’s not glamorous at all. We aren't trying to change the world overnight; we just want to do our bit and keep the business running. Some days are slow, while other days we are running around trying to fix things. We know almost everyone in the building.
