Waystone Engicon Private Limited is just a group of us working out of this spot in Kadru Doranda. It is an old neighborhood, and people know where we are because of the landmark nearby. Ranchi can be a busy place, but things move at their own pace here on HNo 152. Most of the time, we are just busy with the day-to-day work that comes through the door. It is not anything fancy. Just a lot of paperwork and technical stuff that needs doing correctly. Sometimes the rain makes the road near the center a bit messy, but we still show up and get things moving. We did not want to set up in a big glass building downtown. This place feels more like home for us. It has that local feel where you can actually talk to the person you are looking for. We deal with engineering and construction details mostly. People come by to ask questions about projects or look at plans. It gets noisy when the traffic picks up near the Angan Badi, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We keep our tools and files organized as best as we can. It is a lot of work, and usually, there is tea going in the afternoon. We just try to finish what we started so we can get home on time. It is basic, hard work.
