Siddhi Vinayak Impex. We have our office on the 6th floor of Panchwati Plaza. It’s right on Kutchery Road in Ranchi. Plot No- 608. Being on the 6th floor means we have a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just the tops of other buildings and the traffic below. Kutchery Road is a very busy street. There’s always someone honking their horn. The building itself is quite old. The lift is a bit moody. Sometimes it works and sometimes you are taking the stairs. We deal with impex, which means a lot of shipping documents and coordinating with different people. It’s not very exciting work, but it’s important. Our office is simple. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and stacks of files everywhere. It’s a bit of a mess but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine. We just get our tea from the guy who comes around with a tray. Ranchi has its own pace. It’s not as fast as Delhi, but it’s getting busier. We’ve been in this plaza for several years now. It’s a convenient spot for our business. We don't really do any promotion. People just find us through our connections. It’s a steady way to live. We just come in, do the paperwork, and head home when the day is done.
