We’ve been at Singh Niwas for a while now. Most people know the spot behind the PNT Colony in the Burdwan Compound. It’s a busy area in Lalpur, Ranchi. We handle tiles and bathroom stuff mostly. The shop isn't fancy. People just come in, look at samples, and ask questions. It gets a bit dusty with all the stock coming in, but that’s how it goes. Sometimes we’re short-staffed, so you might have to wait a minute if we're on the phone or out back. My cousin helped set things up here years ago. We try to keep the inventory organized, though it’s a lot of heavy lifting. If you are looking for H&R Johnson products, this is where we keep them. It’s right there in Viraj Nagar. Dealing with deliveries is the hardest part because the roads get crowded. But we manage. People from all over Ranchi come by. We don't do big ads or anything like that. Just word of mouth and folks seeing the sign. The tea stall nearby is where we usually grab a break. If you stop by, just look for the building behind the colony. It’s easy to find once you’re in the neighborhood. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. Anyway, that is who we are and where we sit. It’s not like the new malls popping up, but it works for us. We spend our days mostly moving boxes and talking to folks about their home renovations.
