Voicehr Solutions Consultancy is based in Ranchi, specifically in the Phed Colony area of Booty. Our office is a simple place where we spend our time talking to people about jobs and hiring. Ranchi is a bit slower than the big metros, and we like it that way. The office in Phed Colony is easy to get to once you know the landmarks. We spend a lot of time on the phone, as you might guess from the name. There’s usually a stack of folders on the main table because we haven't quite moved everything to the computer yet. We assist companies with their staffing needs, which involves a lot of interviewing and vetting. It’s not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but we usually just take that as a chance to stretch our legs. The staff here is local, so we know the area and the people well. We don't have a fancy lobby or a guard at the door. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you out. It’s just a regular consultancy trying to do what we can to help people who come to us looking for work or looking to hire. The furniture is a bit old and the carpet is worn out in places, but it's a comfortable spot to get things done.
