You can find us at Gopal Complex on Kutchery Road in Ranchi. We are up on the fourth floor in unit 4B. Climbing up there or taking the lift gives you a bit of a view of the busy street below. Kutchery Road is always packed with people and traffic, which is just part of life here. We have been operating out of this spot for a while now. Our work at Tripti Solutions is pretty varied. We do not have a flashy office with modern furniture. It is a working space where we handle all sorts of management and planning tasks. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped with all the paperwork and the people coming in and out, but that is how we like it. Ranchi is a city that is growing fast, and we are just trying to keep up with the pace. Most of our days are spent coordinating with different people across the city. It is a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks, but we also spend a fair amount of time out on the field. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job for the people who come to us. Being in Gopal Complex makes us easy to reach for anyone in the center of town. We are just regular people working hard to make things happen. It is not always perfect, but we put in the hours and make sure it works.
