Tls Thelitespeed is tucked away in Bariatu, specifically near the RNTiwari area and Kok-2. We are situated at Vivian Rutk Khan’s place. Being near RMCH means there is always something happening nearby, usually lots of people and cars moving around. It’s a lively spot to be in. Our office is more of a workspace where we can focus without too much interruption. We call ourselves a private limited company, but it’s an OPC, so it’s a small, tight operation. We don’t have layers of management or anything like that. When you come by, you just see us at our desks. The walls are plain, and the furniture is just there to be used. We spend a lot of time on our computers, which I guess is the nature of the work these days. The "litespeed" part of the name sounds fast, but we take our time to make sure things are done right. We aren't rushing through things just to say we finished. Sometimes we take a break and walk around the block to stretch our legs. The air in Bariatu can be a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but we are used to it. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a simple life, really, just running a business in this part of Ranchi. It suits us just fine to stay small and focused on what we know.
