Technosam It Services Private Limited is located at C 15 in the Harmu Housing Colony. If you’ve been around Harmu, you probably know the area well. We decided to set up our office here because it’s a central spot and feels very grounded. It’s not a high-rise office building or anything. We’re just in a regular house in the colony. We’ve turned some of the rooms into our workspace with desks and all our tech gear. It’s a very casual environment. We handle different kinds of IT services, from fixing hardware to helping with software issues. We aren't a big team, just a handful of us who enjoy working with computers. We don't have a dress code or a lot of formal meetings. We just get together, see what needs to be done, and do it. Sometimes we end up chatting with the neighbors while we’re coming or going. It’s that kind of place. We started this business because we wanted to stay in Ranchi and do something we were good at. We aren't trying to be the next big thing. We just want to be a reliable place where people can get their tech problems solved without any hassle. The office isn't always perfectly tidy, and sometimes we’re a bit behind on our filing, but the work itself gets finished. We’re just a normal group of people running a local shop. It suits us just fine.
