Technnovatika Private Limited is over in Jamgodia, in the Chas area of Bokaro. We’re located near Diwan Chand Sabarwal. It’s a place we know well. We handle technical and innovative projects here. We aren't a huge team, just a handful of us who like working with technology. Bokaro is known for its steel, but we wanted to do something a bit more on the digital side. Our office is simple. We have some desks, chairs, and a small area for meetings. It’s not very formal. We often wear casual clothes because it’s hot in Jharkhand. We don't have a fancy website with stock photos of people in suits. We’re just real people working in a real office. Sometimes the rain makes the road to Jamgodia a bit muddy, but we still make it in. We like the challenge of solving tech problems. It keeps our brains busy. We don't have a corporate ladder. We just work together to get things done. If something breaks, we fix it. If a project is hard, we put in more hours. It’s pretty basic. We’ve been part of the Bokaro community for a long time. This business is our way of staying local while doing what we enjoy. We just take it day by day. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we chose to do with our time.
