Techadda It Services Private Limited is based in Lower Hatia, which is a pretty well-known part of Ranchi. We are located at Man Mohan Mishra’s place. It is a typical Ranchi neighborhood, meaning it is a mix of houses and small businesses all packed together on the same streets. The post office is Hatia, and the pin code is 834003. We have been here for a bit now, and we have settled into a nice little groove. The office is just a room where we have our laptops and a few chairs. It is not the kind of place you would find in a high-rise glass building. It is more like a home office that grew a bit over time. We started this because we wanted to work in the IT field without having to leave Jharkhand for the big cities. Most of the people working here are from around Ranchi, so we talk about local stuff and eat local food for our lunch. We do not have a big HR department or any of those complicated corporate structures. We just talk to each other when something needs to be done. The street outside can get a bit crowded during the morning and evening rush hours, but inside it is usually just the sound of people typing. We try to keep our workspace tidy, but there are always spare cables and old boxes lying around in the corners.
