Shifa Techserv Private Limited is up on the second floor of R.S. Heights. We are right across from Chaupati Restaurant on Kanke Road in Ranchi. It’s a pretty good location because there is always somewhere to grab a bite when we are working late. Kanke Road is a busy area, so there is a lot of traffic and noise, but once you get up to the second floor, it’s a bit quieter. We spend our days handling various tech services. It’s a small team, and we all wear many hats. One day we might be fixing a server, and the next we are helping a client with their software. We don’t have a big polished lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and see us working. It’s a practical space without any unnecessary frills. We like it that way because it keeps the focus on the work. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we take the stairs, which is fine. It’s all part of the daily routine. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Despite all the new buildings, we just keep doing what we do. We don’t do a lot of fancy advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign while going to the restaurant. It’s just how things work for us.
